Is it worth going organic?

O is for organic

We live in a world where toxic compounds are in the food we eat, the air we breathe and the homes we live in.

These chemical compounds are laced in our food supply and can cause damage, irritation and disease to our bodies, that are not used to dealing with and eliminating these toxic compounds.

Theses chemicals build up in our system causing symptoms such as digestive complaints, fatigue, brain fog and hormone imbalances.

Get organic wherever you can, check the Environmental Working Group website for the list of the ‘dirty dozen’ and ‘clean fifteen’ so you don’t have a choice of the ones that are less sprayed crops. Coffee and tea are the most heavily sprayed crops in the world so always buy organic.

Check for local organic farms that do cheaper wonky veg boxes, I choose Able and Cole or Wayside organics.
