N is for Nutrition

Can what we eat really affect our digestion and how we feel? Yes! What we choose to have on the end of our forks has a huge impact on not only our weight, but our mood and immune function too.

After overcoming issues in all 3 of these areas over the years by using nutritional therapy I am a firm believer in using diet and lifestyle choices to create a strong and healthy body and mind.

Why? Our microbiome plays a key role in all of these areas of our health, so by cultivating good gut health you will in turn cultivate good mental health, good immunity and look and feel amazing.

The area of nutrition is a minefield with so many people giving out unregulated advice these days. I would be wary of anyone touting one diet or one approach for everyone, we are all so very different so a one size fits all diet just wont ever work.

Always seek the advice of a qualified nutritional therapist who is affiliated who is supported by a governing body such as BANT or CHNC.
