Coconut kefir smoothie

Tasty, simple and nutritious, this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day, and is packed full of antioxidants. What’s not to love?

 

Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegan

 

To make 1 large or 2 smaller smoothies you will need:

 

300ml coconut kefir or live yoghurt

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 inch stick of fresh ginger chopped

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Ice / water / milk to thin it out

 

Method:

 

Blend it all together in a nutribullet / blender and enjoy right away or keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
